Burnley-based social housing contractor Ring Stones Maintenance and Construction has appointed Mark Cutler as managing director.
Mark Cutler joins from social housing contractor Forrest where he held the post of commercial director. He had been with the business for seven years.
His career also includes previous roles at Gleeson Homes and Carillion.
Ring Stones, which began trading in 2013, reported turnover of £6.5m during its first full year and is targeting further revenues of up to £10m this year.
The company employs 35 staff, the vast majority of which come from East Lancashire.

“He brings with him a wealth of expertise across each of our key service lines in refurbishment and new build activity and is the ideal candidate to lead the delivery of our long-term strategy.”
