A £6 million, 56-property development on Perseverance Mill, which consists of a mix of houses, bungalows and apartments, all available for rent.

Barley View (client: The Calico Group)

A £3.6 million modern, purpose-built residential care home facility offering compassionate, professional and dignified care in a comfortable and homely setting.

Arranged over two levels, the 28-bedroom home is split into two 14-bed communities named Willow Lane and Forest Grove and has been carefully created to meet the needs of older people and those living with dementia.

£3.5 million pound complex-needs homelessness facility in Burnley. In total, there are 30 fully-furnished en-suite rooms, four of which are direct access disabled rooms; all providing a stable and safe setting offering privacy and dignity to residents.

Conversion of commercial property in Blackpool into family housing (client: Blackpool Housing Company Ltd.)

Former ten-bed guest house, which has been empty for some time and become derelict. We are converting it into two self-contained three bed dwellings – one ground floor, one upper.
