Scott is a Hyndburn Borough Councillor in Great Harwood and Cabinet Member for Business and Growth.
Through his role at Onward Housing, he has been responsible for social investment across Lancashire neighbourhoods. He also creates, commissions or invests in projects with themes that include community capacity building, well-being, mental health and green-spaces, raising aspirations, employment and training, food resilience and sustainability, youth provision and digital inclusion.
