The Birchwood West Lancs Foyer development began in October 2021. This purpose-built development is being build on land previously used for car parking. It will provide 24 short-stay apartments for young people and adults with complex needs who are experiencing or are at risk of homelessness. It will also create communal living and dining areas, office space and training facilities.
