Ring Stones Maintenance and Construction was proud to be highlighted for work they did on Calico’s Primrose Mill Development at the prestigious Building Excellence Awards.
Primrose Mill – Calico’s first new housing development in Burnley – consists of a range of high-quality housing, including 48 two and three bedroom houses and bungalows, and 12 apartments.
Ring Stones received a ‘Highly Commended’ honour in the very competitive Best Social or Affordable New Housing Development category for their work on the project at the 2016 North West Regional Local Authority (LABC) Building Excellence Awards.
The development was also shortlisted for the Best New Housing Development, and Ring Stones’ Site Manager Andrew Bottomley, who worked on Primrose Mill, was among the nominees for the LABC Site Agent of the Year award.
The LABC Building Excellence Awards celebrate exceptional achievements in the construction industry, focusing on outstanding craftsmanship, technical innovation, sustainability and high performance.
