Top marks have been awarded to Ring Stones for the work being carried out of Dovestone Gardens. Burnley’s first extra care scheme has been rated excellent by an independent assessor, Considerate Constructors Scheme which is aimed at raising standards within the construction industry.
Achieving a 42 out of 45, the rating achieved through the work being carried out on Dovestone Gardens is Ring Stones’ highest rating to date. The hard work that has been carried out in the community from Ring Stones including visits to local schools in the local area was recognised as part of the rating.
Being built by Ring Stones on behalf of Calico Homes with Syncora Care providing care and support services, Dovestone Gardens is the first extra care development in Burnley. Construction is well underway on site for the 93 units of accommodation.
Extra care provides 24-hour support and personalised care to support independent living of residents.
