In consecutive months, Ring Stones have received their highest ratings to date from the Considerate Constructors Scheme. After being praised for work on Dovestone Gardens achieving 42 out of 45, Ring Stones have been awarded another ‘Excellent rating’ for work being carried out on the Kinross Street project, this time achieving 43 out of 45.
Considerate Constructors is an independently managed scheme which contractors voluntarily sign up to ensure that they take responsibility for the environment and the communities in which they work.
The team has been recognised for its hard work in all 3 aspects of Community, Environment and workforce. The feedback was that the site was of a professional standard and the team projected a positive image of the site and construction externally within the community. Ring Stones also received an excellent rating for care for the environment.
The Kinross project will see 61 new homes built in South-West Burnley. Built by Ring Stones on behalf of Calico Homes, the diverse mix of homes will be for residents of all ages and needs with a mix of affordable rent and ‘rent to buy’.
