Ring Stones receive national accreditation for commitment to safe practices

Ring Stones Maintenance and Construction have been awarded SafeContractor accreditation. SafeContractor is a nationally recognised Health and Safety accreditation in the UK and is part of the Safety Schemes in Procurement framework (SSIP).

As a UKAS and HSE recognised accreditation, Ring Stones have shown their high levels of health and safety management across all sites and a commitment to the safety of employees.

During the process of gaining the accreditation, Ring Stones’ policies, procedures and documented records were submitted and analysed to demonstrate health and safety and corporate responsibility standards.

To gain the accreditation, analysis was done on all of Ring Stones’ work activities including; training, risk assessments, method statement, plant and equipment checks and how occupational risk is managed.

James Macaree, Managing Director at Ring Stones said: ‘We’re delighted to have been awarded the SafeContractor accreditation. We are committed to ensuring the safety of our employees, our customers and our work environments across all our sites.

It is really important to us that we are able to show the high standards of safety management across all areas of Ring Stones.

Well done to everyone involved at Ring Stones who have put in exceptional work, time and effort into gaining a nationally recognised accreditation.’
