Ring Stones Starts Work on New 34 Unit Development in Burnley

Ring Stones Maintenance and Construction has begun work on a new £4.2m 34-unit development in the Gannow area of Burnley.

Construction on Sycamore Ave started on 14 June 2021 and will create a mixture of new affordable homes to be let by Calico Homes.

This will consist of 4x one-bed apartments, 2x 2 bed apartments, 13x 2 bed houses, 9x 3 bed houses, 3x 1 bed cottage flats and 3x 2 bed cottage flats.

All homes will benefit from allocated parking spaces, landscaping and gardens, with ground floor apartments featuring level access showers.

Ring Stones pride themselves on supporting local suppliers and creating employment opportunities for both experienced construction workers and apprentices.

In addition, this project has created two KickStart places, along with a minimum of six apprenticeships, which will equate to approx. 10000 training hours on site.

The project is due to complete in December 2022.
