Phase Two of the Perseverance Mill development began in May 2021. This consisted of 11 units, provided a mixture of houses and apartments for general needs and supported living.
Ring Stones worked on the first phase of the build, in partnership with Calico Homes, in 2018 to provide 56 affordable family homes to the area. Phase Two completed in September 2021 on budget.
